Finn's Fudge

This deliciously creamy fudge has a wonderful mix of rich flavour and luxurious texture that will quickly make it a favourite.  Precisely prepared and carefully hand poured, that traditional homemade style ensures a beautiful "melt-in-the-mouth" experience.

In our search for the best fudge we compared various styles, from the very sweet, to the hard English tablet. In all of our tastings we found nothing better than that produced by our master craftsman Tony Findlay.  The balance between flavour, sweetness, and texture was perfect. 

So convinced were we that we had a beautiful product we established Finn's Fudge Ltd in 2007 and set about introducing it to the world!

Our premises in Ferrymead, Christchurch is our base and the first few years were spent in establishing ourselves in the South Island market.  We then expanded to the North Island and enjoy widespread coverage in the supermarket trade over the Christmas period.
