Like all fine confectionery there is an art to creating high quality fudge. Tony, our fudgemaker has had many years perfecting the recipe and process which delivers this fine fudge. His careful eye and fine judgement make him an artisan of his trade.

Tony has worked in the food industry since leaving school and has a passion for fine food in any form. He enjoys making his own cheese, and sausages, and pickles, when he has sourced fresh local produce. He very much enjoys cooking the fudge, but delights most when he gets to experiment with different flavours. It's a great time of year when he is perfecting an Irish Creme, or a Vanilla, or a two-tone orange and chocolate. There are some great flavours we look forward to bringing to you in the future.
